I am being sued – and I do not know how to pay these costs

State of play:

Hello, my name is Sascha Markmann.

I am currently facing ongoing legal proceedings. I am being sued and forced to legally defend myself for my name, my work and my project. LautFunk to protect.

It is directly about my YouTube channel and mine According to Funk Podcast.

I have been trying for a long time to avoid conflict.
I endured criticism.
I've accepted a lot.

But now I have no choice:
I have to defend myself.

The foreseeable costs of this procedure to date are estimated to be: More than 90,000.74 euros. Between legal fees, court costs, deadlines, expert opinions and possible further instances, sums arise that far exceed my financial possibilities.

My personal situation makes this particularly difficult:

I've had a stroke 10 years ago. small incapacity pension.
I have No further income.
I have No financial reserves.

The project LautFunk is a pure Hobby project.
It is not self-sustaining and does not generate any relevant revenue.

This lawsuit brings me to a limit that I cannot overcome on my own.
