Step 1: Preparing the vegetables
Start by preparing the vegetables. Wash the peppers thoroughly, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and chop it. Pour the corn and red beans.
Step 2: Fry the vegetables
In a pan over medium heat, fry the prepared vegetables until they are firm to bite. The scent of the roasting peppers and onions will fill your kitchen and arouse anticipation of the end result.
Step 3: The spicy mixture
Once the vegetables have reached the desired consistency, add the chopped tomatoes and the sour cream. Now it's time for the spices. Sprinkle the sweet paprika powder over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Step 4: The secret ingredient
Don't forget to add the vegetable broth. This gives the sauce an extra depth of flavor and ensures a perfect consistency.
Step 5: The oven is calling
While your delicious Tex-Mex sauce is simmering, preheat your oven to 180°C (circulating air) and prepare the wraps by cutting them to the size of your casserole dish. Don't forget to lightly grease the mold.
Step 6: Layer by layer
The time has come to layer your lasagna. Alternately place a layer of wraps and a layer of Tex-Mex sauce in the casserole dish. Make sure the top layer is the delicious sauce.
Step 7: The coronation
Cover the whole thing generously with the grated cheese. This will melt in the oven and form a crispy, golden crust.
Step 8: In the oven with it
Slide the casserole pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. You know your lasagna is ready when the cheese has reached a tantalizing golden brown color.
