Today it is about changes in life, I have had some changes last year and also this year there are some changes to be made and about my fears but also about my hope for this change, I would like to tell you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

As many of you know, not quite a year ago my father passed away, which of course has brought about a dramatic change in my life because my father has actually filled everything with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were shopping together we often cooked together from time to time my father stayed with me or I with you and that was always nice time together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the death of my father brought me closer to my mother, my sister, when we were very divided for a long time, there were many misunderstandings many hurt feelings on both sides, but death showed that time on this earth is finite and a precious good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I have changed my life so much that I get all the errands done with my mother or sister, but even there there there are changes. My sister is not always at home, because she also leads her own life, she has her own family and my mother should also have something of her pension existence and not always have to take care of her son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have animal mines but these are not always so easy to regulate that the help is expected within the own family because what the care system gives at a care level of one, let's say to say, is not worth the paper on which it is written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did I say that when I have to go to the hospital for an examination, which I usually have to do once a month, I already have a time expenditure of about three hours alone with my sister, if I would now do this with the nursing service, I am good and like to travel 3 hours alone with public transport and then there is another one to two hours in the hospital, which means I am there for about five hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So there is at nursing degree one 125 \u20ac and these 125 \u20ac are converted into nursing time, care time just under five hours which means that I use up my entire contingent of support for this one examination, in addition to the fact that the travel costs for the accompanying person may also bear themselves, we are talking about 10 \u20ac about but it is money that I then lack to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I must, but not only to the hospital I also have other appointments lymphatic drainage, doctor visits, general specialist examinations and so on and so on. I would have to wear them completely privately, i.e. I would have to take a taxi or drive for hours on public transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not an alternative to the promotion within the family, but even a profane flu alone can prevent appointments and consultation with my sister because if she is sick, she is sick or alone, even if her little son is sick, my sister falls out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is only a small part of the problems I have to solve in the future. I really have no idea how I should solve this problem because on the part of the care funds or the health insurance you are abandoned because a free transport to and from the doctor are only possible during operations or important treatments or only from care level 3 and frankly I do not want to have care level 3 because I already realize what restrictions I have on the quality of life with care level 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next change is, the apartment by the fact that my family has to support me more and more, the road from Dortmund to Waltrop and I say it neighboring cities disproportionately long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because it is not that easy to take the bus from Datteln to Waltrop, you first have to get from the district where my mother lives to a train station from there to the main station and from there to a train station in the district adjacent to my place and then continue by bus. Ideally, you need 40 minutes in the worst case, a good 90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alone this route, which is of course also associated with costs to shorten is better if I move to Dortmund, but now it is, so that I due to my disability on the wheelchair or rollator
I need some requirements for the apartment, I do not want to live again on the first floor or higher so this must be an apartment, which is on the ground floor so ground floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The housing market in Dortmund and the surrounding area is so crowded and an apartment that is affordable for me and meets the requirements that I have, is really difficult to almost not get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I have to finance my expensive apartment for the most part myself, which of course increases the cost pressure for me again, because I do not have unlimited possibilities. My financial options are very limited and if I have to spend more on housing now, I have less money on other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So how you take it, it's not easy and change that is necessary to just be more flexible and have less costs but they also really require a lot of work and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would never have dreamed that a small event like my father's death would cause such a serious change in my life. I knew that my father would die someday, I also knew that my mother would die someday or that I would die, but I would not have thought that there would be such changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can't even think about it, when this is the time, with my mother, who supports my mother very much at the moment, which is a matter of course, I would do it, but if this support is eliminated, then I really have a big problem and I also believe that my sister is not able to absorb this support or to compensate as they say so nicely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am of the opinion that changes show new ways and that it has also this incisive experience I just said it would have been this small event. No it has been a big event, it has steered my life in a new direction more to my sister more to my mother and that's a good thing too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blood is thicker than water, I was clearly shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
