\n\nIt means to promote and demand, but the concept is not really well thought out, because so far I have only experienced that one always demands only from me and does not promote me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Actually, I wanted to build the whole thing a little differently, but current events make me design it the way I do now, because after a break-up my apartment is now too big and I have received a letter that I should move now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okay an apartment has to be appropriate, I still understand that, but I am severely disabled, I am dependent on having a little more space, I just need more space because I have to move around in my apartment with a rollator that just does not fit my wheelchair into the apartment, because it is too wide for the doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bad thing about it is not that I have to look for my new apartment, no it is again, as this letter is formulated, that is one of these said, pre-formulated pieces, which are also valid without signature, it says that I should have looked at now always until 15 of a month 10 different apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you would say under normal circumstances no problem, I do, there are enough apartments yes, if there would be enough apartment, on the other hand I have the problem, I am severely disabled, I am dependent on help and the people who help me this is my family and this has a life of its own and so I always have to plan everything and combine the appointments and the more appointments I have, the more complicated this becomes, now you could say yes, where is the problem, then plan better, but I already have problems to get all appointments under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the next problem is, my disability I can hardly walk much less then stand longer and so I now have the problem that I just do not know how to provide this evidence of my effort, strangely enough, the office already pays me an additional need of 17 %, since I have a degree of disability of 100 and the mark G, which stands for walking disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually, I would have to stand 15 square meters more, since I need more space in my apartment to move with my rollator, but this seems to have not been taken into account and so I can now take care of what brings me back to it, it is only demanded but not promoted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in my private environment I have experienced again and again that the job center always arrives with strange demands and even gives you sanctions for it or even punishes you for it, if you can not comply with this request, whyever it is, never asked why they can not, but it is immediately acted and sanctioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, I am now afraid that either in 6 months I will have to pay the rent myself, at least the difference from what I am entitled to or is in other words appropriate and the actual amount of my rent, that would be in my case, a good 100 \u20ac that is a lot of money, especially since after paying all costs I have just about 160 \u20ac to live, which means food clothes and other things of daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There's also the fear that I'll get sanction now if I don't get sanction every month until the 15th. My efforts can prove that I have tried at 10 o'clock apartments as especially since these apartments do not even really exist because these are more than scarce in metropolitan areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's not that I am already listing you in other cities, that I need an apartment and that as soon as possible I have already tried and I was already at the job center and have made it clear that I have to move, because I need help and this was also granted to me or the move was granted to me, also the costs of the two move were granted to me, so I am so totally irritated about this letter, that I would have to look for a new apartment as soon as possible, which is appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I realize that it is just about appropriateness, what is appropriate about the 50 square meters for a single person plus 15 square meters for each additional adult resident, or as in my case 15 square meters more since I would have to move through the apartment with a rollator or actually already move with a wheelchair but, since the doors are not wide enough, I am dependent on a rollator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this 15 square meters were taken into account, the apartment I now live in would be perfectly adequate and would have to be paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I have the situation that I have to take care of it again, I am asked to do something to take care of my affairs, so as not to get any sanctions from the job center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there we are with the passus knackus, it is said we promote and demand but in reality it is only demand because they work with the fear that they will send me a sanction in which I get less money if I do not cooperate and alone out of this fear I now become active, because I do not want to have even less money to live because, if someone has already survived with less than 100 \u20ac a month, knows exactly how difficult it is to eat healthy and varied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So here we consciously work with fear and not promote it, where is it to promote it? When I move someone with fear and terror to something just to change something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did not choose to have a stroke and then to be disabled and to be dependent on benefits from the job center because my disability pension is not enough, I actually imagined my future differently also more with work and earn money maybe even start a family<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, I now have to deal with employees of the job center who have told me frankly that they actually don't feel like working there because that's too much work for you, you have to do so much paperwork, you have to read too many letters and so on and so forth, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And so people decide about me about my well-being these people want to promote and challenge me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you live like me for a long time from the job center and get unemployment benefit II you experience so much how fast and how often the contact six have for me the feeling that people really do not have a great desire to promote, but simply manage us to have as little work as possible and if you do not do what you want, then you will be punished with a sanction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a disabled person with a degree of disability of 100, I can't even work the way I wanted or should or even would like to have it different, but I'm treated just as badly as someone who prefers to sit down at the supermarket, that just bought six-pack beer drinks and doesn't worry about how it will change tomorrow or the day after tomorrow or maybe at some point in his life if he tilts nicely behind the tie every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have really tried to do everything the job center demands of me, but somewhere I don't see myself being treated as badly over and over again as those who can work but don't want to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my part, I will now look at this and if I notice that I will continue to be treated so badly, I will seek legal remedies and also use them or enforce my rights and if I have to go to court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
