The inner pendulum between \u2018very close\u2019 and \u2018very far away\u2019 can strike without warning \u2013 sometimes within minutes, seemingly \u2018for no reason\u2019, but actually triggered by microstimuli, stress residues or ambiguous signals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Everyday scene:<\/strong> Friday evening \u2013 finally time for two after a busy week. The evening is familiar, warm, intense. The next day, after hours of intense closeness, irritability suddenly rises: \u2018I need air.\u2019 The partner does not understand, feels rejected. On Sunday there are feelings of guilt and at the same time the strong longing to be very close again.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Hin \u2011 and \u2011Her is <strong>No game<\/strong> No conscious manipulation.
