En el transcurso de mi vida, ya he tenido algunas relaciones, ya sea con mis padres o con mi hermana. Estas relaciones son familiares para todos nosotros, al igual que las relaciones con familiares como abuelos, t\u00edas y t\u00edos. Est\u00e1n predeterminados y no tenemos otra opci\u00f3n. Pero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n las relaciones que podemos elegir: las amistades. Las amistades tambi\u00e9n son relaciones que no est\u00e1n predeterminadas. Elegimos conscientemente con qui\u00e9n entramos en estas relaciones. Como ser humano, realmente no tengo mucha experiencia o un sentido de c\u00f3mo tratar con las amistades o la familia correctamente. Es especialmente dif\u00edcil para m\u00ed reaccionar adecuadamente cuando hay una disputa en una relaci\u00f3n amorosa. Tengo poca o ninguna experiencia en la que basarme.<br><br>Es m\u00e1s bien que me muevo como un ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o en la oscuridad y no tengo idea de c\u00f3mo lidiar con ello. A menudo no puedo evitar enfrentarme a la confrontaci\u00f3n, especialmente cuando me siento tratado injustamente y no tengo oportunidad de justificarme.<br><br>Entiendo la din\u00e1mica detr\u00e1s de esto, que tengo poca o ninguna idea de c\u00f3mo reaccionar adecuadamente desde las relaciones. Tratar con la gente en general, incluso con aquellos que me importan o me importan, es incre\u00edblemente complicado y contundente. Se siente como una pesadilla siempre repetida que me lixivia y me agota en tantos niveles que caigo en un modo que solo me hace reaccionar en lugar de tomar medidas reflexivas.<br><br>Esto no siempre es sabio y a menudo tiene consecuencias desagradables de las que no podemos escapar. Pero ayuda a salir de la situaci\u00f3n estresante r\u00e1pidamente. Ahora es el caso de que vivir junto con otras personas siempre es un desaf\u00edo, y si se vuelve demasiado, debemos salir de esta situaci\u00f3n onerosa, sin importar cu\u00e1n alto sea el precio o el da\u00f1o. Lo m\u00e1s importante es salir de la situaci\u00f3n estresante.<br><br>Lo que siempre me asusta es lo intenso que puede ser, especialmente si la pareja marca tanto como yo. Esto puede poner en marcha una espiral de lesiones que se vuelve cada vez m\u00e1s estresante, y cuanto m\u00e1s violentas son las reacciones, peor se pone. Una espiral de lesiones y escape.<br><br>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo decir al respecto ahora? \u00bfQu\u00e9 ideas he obtenido de muchos a\u00f1os de este comportamiento? Honestamente, ninguna. Simplemente no aprendo de ello.
