This monkey heat

‘The car seat on the tail is sunny and hot in July.’
Modern farmers rule

Do you know that when it's just so warm and you don't know what else to do to cool off? Then we are guaranteed to have midsummer.

As many know, I'm fat, and when I say fat, I mean really fat, and when I say fat, I mean fat. Really fat, fat, fat.

Well, if you're so well-formed then you'll find that you suffer from sweating all day long. We had the hottest day of the year today and I have to say: The night before was not without.

Fortunately, I have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and they are now running on full pull – although still in the mode where they suck in the air and distribute it so new in the room, but not for long and I will then change them so that they blow, because then the effect in the middle of the room is much higher, but as long as that is not necessary, I do not want to do this yet, because I then always get a stiff neck relatively quickly, because then the wind strokes over me at night.

I also wear less and less clothes. I mean, I've always been someone who doesn't sleep with much, but I have to say that I could sing a song about it now, that I'd like to get my skin off because I'm so damn warm.

In addition to the heat, there is also the fact that you no longer feel like anything. I'm sitting here really thinking about how to make my day go even further without feeling like I'm lying down somewhere and sleeping through the day or waiting for the night to come and maybe it's getting a little cooler.

But as we all know, that won't be the case for the next few days. We have tropical nights that are over 20 degrees warm. Especially now through the heat wave, we can do and leave what we want and it just doesn't get cooler, no matter if we tear open the window at night. We stay awake and it does not bring much, because if there is no wind, there is just no wind.

For my part, I will probably have all four extremities of me stretched out on the bed again the night and occasionally turn from the abdomen to the supine position to get some cooling from the large fan.

Yeah, that's it. Tips don't help at the moment either. Well, take a shower often, but I need someone to change my dressings and because I don't have one at the moment, it won't work. There is also my sister, but she also has her own family and has to do there. So I can only wash myself off with a cold rag and this is by far not as horny as when you go for a shower or not as effective as when you go for a shower.

And getting totally rammed up by making blinds and windows does not bring much, since there is no air exchange or takes place and so the heat will not go out. This is very unpleasant, but at least there would be an air movement.

I will definitely try to get through the days well now and I remember how bad it was when I was still living under the roof and the roof was not insulated. I'm just happy to live in the middle of a house.

Unfortunately, the beautiful, large trees were felled from the house, because some neighbors were simply taken too much light. The trees have kept noise and, above all, heat from dwellings. Now the sun can pop into the living room unhindered from 2/15 pm. Good, when the shutters are down, it goes, but still you get the noise of the road extremely with. The trees have greatly dampened the noise level. Without the trees, you can only hope that you don't notice the heat as much when you have everything downstairs.

I turned out all the heaters in the aquariums because the water is warm enough. I'll be watching the water temperature for the next few days. If necessary, I will add frozen water with bottles, because I do not want my fish to be ill, because warm water can absorb less oxygen.

Also, the cats that still live here with me have to suffer from this heat. I mean, I can get naked, but I can't. They lie around a little bit where there is a little wind and don't really move. They are less hungry and don't want to drink. I hope that they get used to the heat quickly, because it should stay so hot for a few more days.

How do you do that in this heat? How can you bear them? I'd be interested in that.
