    The ingredients you need:

    • 500 grams chopped (beef or mixed)
    • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
    • 1 can of passed tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp oregano
    • 1 tbsp Bela Italiana spice mix (or Italian herbs)
    • 2 tsp tomato sauce or tomato soup (for tying)
    • 2 tsp vegetable broth (preferably powdered)
    • 2 whole onions
    • 1 toe of garlic
    • 2 whole carrots
    • 4 tabs sweetener (or sugar, to taste)
    • 500 grams of pasta (optional)

    The preparation:

    1. In a large pot, finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in a little oil until translucent. This gives the sauce an aromatic base.
    2. Add the chopped meat and fry vigorously until it is nicely browned. Stir occasionally to ensure that the meat is cooked evenly.
    3. Now put the can of chopped tomatoes and the can of passed tomatoes in the pot and let the liquid reduce slightly. Here, the sauce can unfold its aromas.
    4. Peel and finely dice the carrots. These come now together with the oregano in the pot. The carrots not only provide a pleasant sweetness, but also a beautiful texture in the sauce.
    5. Season with Bela Italiana spice mixture (or Italian herbs), tomato sauce or tomato soup and vegetable broth. The sweet accent comes from a dash of sweetener or sugar, depending on your preference.
    6. Reduce the heat, place the lid on the pot and let the sauce simmer quietly for 1.5 to 2 hours. This unfolds the full aroma of the ingredients, and the sauce becomes nicely thick and creamy.
    7. While the sauce is simmering, cook the noodles according to instructions until they are al dente.
    8. Pour the homemade Bolognese sauce over the freshly cooked noodles and enjoy. Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan on top, and voilà, you have an authentic piece of Italy on your plate!

    Conclusion:

With this homemade Bolognese sauce, you can conjure up a delicious pasta dish in no time, which will delight you with its Italian elegance. No ready-made sauce can match the taste and freshness of this homemade variant. Try it out and let yourself be seduced by the magic of the homemade Bolognese. Buon appetito!
