I got this sentence some time ago, under a posting commented by me. And that's when I photographed healthy food.
I had photographed pan vegetables and got the top set. I thought to myself, at the moment, if I had read correctly? I was very surprised to read this in this context.
Of course, I have often received such comments and also from the same person. For example, under a photo of what I had posted, where I had made waffles.
Belly line damage
And yes, I understand the intention behind it! It reminds me that what I eat isn't necessarily healthy. And it does not necessarily benefit my ‘belly line’.
But to comment in this context, with a vegetable pan in which was only vegetables and some lean chicken meat, I found it very strange.
By and large, I'm used to being a person who puts his life and many of his activities on the Internet. And thus make it public. That makes me vulnerable. And get such comments or strange reactions.
I simply see over a large part of it, yes, how can I say away and it does not affect me more or less at all. Except for a few such comments.
But now and then there are people who are close to me who make such comments. And that's always a point that makes me think.
To which you know what complications there are in my life and why and all this to this massive overweight that I have now led.
I always wonder if he can't think that it's a very difficult and complicated topic for me. It's not like someone who's been smoking for 20 or 30 years and then has to stop smoking from one day to the next. It's not that easy!
Of course, it's hard to quit smoking after such a long time, it's an addiction. An addiction like anything else. And my food is also an addiction. And what if I can no longer serve this addiction? The one who stops smoking plays his fingers around somewhere and most likely gains a few kilos.
Self-harming behaviour
On the other hand, if the valve is missing, I dodge other addictions or do something to her. Self-harming behavior or self-harming behavior, there are many ways in which this can develop.
Such an eating disorder is not by chance. But mine is different, like the poor young women who don't eat, or who eat their food again. Everyone is behind it and thinks my God, the poor child has to eat something. With me, only everyone thinks for my God's sake, he will soon burst.
Incidentally, I get the most beautiful reactions in the ice cream parlor when I go to an ice cream parlor every two or three years. Of course I'll order an ice cream cup. A large ice cream cup with whipped cream! The looks I get are divine. According to the motto oh my God must this also be with whipped cream?!
And now I come back to the post that I should pay attention to my abdominal line. Of course I try to take care of it. Just every time I feel shit or something goes worse in my life, I eat again. No, I don't eat, I eat everything into myself and that's bad enough.
Psychogenic eating disorders are very complicated in treatment.
What's good and what's bad for me
I know what is good for me and what is not good for me. I try to do good things for myself as often as possible.
Only as I said, it does not always succeed and I am not always strong enough to resist the temptations of the inner impulse.
The other day I had a chocolate bar. And we're talking about a 100g bar of chocolate. I ate it in 4 days. It can also happen in 5 minutes.
Such small successes are super great for me. And then comments like ‘’ pay attention to your belly line ‘’ break everything again. What else can I do but eat healthy?
How do you deal with such comments or have you already experienced such similar situations? Write it in the comments, I would be very happy about it.
Your Sasha
