Two neurodiverse minds – A complete creative system

“How giftedness, ADHD and different ways of thinking form an unusually productive duo”

Creative processes are rarely linear.

As the page breathed, it spit PHP – Podlove exploit

“How the Podlove exploit hit us and what we did about it”

How a Podlove exploit temporarily paralyzed my site – and how I tamed it

As the operator of several WordPress sites and Podlove instances, you have certain rituals: regular backups, updates, and the stoic certainty that technology usually fits in — until it doesn’t. At the end of September 2025, this certainty was confirmed by a highly critical vulnerability in Podlove Podcast Publisher Abruptly disturbed (CVE-2025-10147). What initially turned out to be ‘funny behaviour’ of the media files turned out to be a targeted exploitation of a missing file type validation: Attackers could use the image cache function to send arbitrary files, including PHP scripts, to the server. Masks, cracks and light – The radical self-meeting

“What happens if we stop wanting to be perfect?”

1. Introduction: The Question That Tears Everything Up

What are the darkest truths about ourselves? What masks do we wear – not in front of others, but in front of ourselves? How many of our behaviours are actually expressions of our personality – and how many are protective mechanisms, survival strategies from a time when we didn’t know how to help each other?

These questions have not let us go. We, Sascha and Sarah, both live with one Borderline personality disorder – a disorder often associated with intense feelings, unstable relationships and deep internal tensions. We are creative, love music and words, make podcasts and songs – and sometimes illusions.
