Anyone who submits applications themselves knows that you often have to fill in the same or the same form several times. Even if you have already placed documents that prove or answer what the missing questionnaires or application forms leave open.
For my part, I've been applying since I was 18, for myself and it's not a problem for me, no, it's even fun for me if you have everything there and if you have everything in front of you, it's not a problem, only if you have to search and completely pick up your documents, then it's no longer fun.
Obtaining the application forms is the smallest problem. to 99% You can load everything on the net. The complicated thing is to find it – just what you need to apply for child benefit or a pension is bordering on desperation, because you feel you need 200 additional forms.
In addition to the actual application, there is this form that covers these questions or that form that again asks for something completely different. If you are not fooled in the procurement of the applications, you will be filled in.
Because you have to be able to prove everything and if it comes from the first application from 2003, and you feel like you have moved 4 times, you can no longer find such proof and then you wonder what is now.
So you put other documents that certify this, but are not the rest of the application and as a thank you you you get the invitation to submit this document, as if you had not already explained that this no longer exists, but on document X on page 2 the information would be at the bottom.
When you have filled in everything, you have to make copies, because you know it from the offices or from the authorities. There it is not customary for the original things to disappear or get away. You make copies and that to Msse and then it's still not enough. Not only page 1, but everything must be, even if it is only the instruction of the appeals.
If you have made these copies and packed them in a jumbo letter, which is also still at the post office, you may sort away the documents you have previously searched for so that you can find them again in the future, but not simply put them in a folder, no it must be chronologically correct, because …
‘Order must be!’
After 2 months you get after the X-th time something request a notice or decision, on which you can, among other things, even more paper use an objection.
You have to keep the mail, telecommunications, paper industry, energy suppliers, and, and, and, and alive, because without all this paper madness, our system would no longer work.
irony
I'm glad that I can do everything so confidently for myself, but I think that many acquaintances are overwhelmed by overcoming this whole paper battle. I think that there is only one pension application about the amount of forms that can kill you. I'm not surprised that 70% Applicants need help with this.
And if you feel like you have to fax 150 pages of receipts, that's a mammoth task. This is done by post. That's good and proven, but so 1970 and not 2018.
I want a modern and up-to-date solution. We live in a land of poets and thinkers. Not the ones who do and act. This is what other countries like Estonia do, where you no longer have to do anything with the authorities on paper, but can do everything from home and paperless – and also online! WOW!
What do you think about it and what are your experiences?
