Hello and welcome to the run of
0:00:08 – 0:00:16
channel or in the according to funk blog or in the
0:00:12 – 0:00:16
According to podcast
0:00:16 – 0:00:20
Today's topic is
0:00:21 – 0:00:27
even love
0:00:24 – 0:00:29
So I love myself
0:00:27 – 0:00:32
different
0:00:29 – 0:00:35
Experience points made and
0:00:32 – 0:00:37
I wanted to do it with you or with you.
0:00:35 – 0:00:37
speak
0:00:37 – 0:00:44
I have
0:00:41 – 0:00:48
in my past
0:00:44 – 0:00:52
with self-love
0:00:48 – 0:00:53
sometimes more and sometimes less to do
0:00:52 – 0:00:56
I would say so until the middle of my
0:00:53 – 0:00:58
I wasn't like that in my twenties.
0:00:56 – 0:01:03
Really aware that the concept of
0:00:58 – 0:01:05
Self-love gives why I also lived
0:01:03 – 0:01:07
Let's just
0:01:05 – 0:01:10
that was
0:01:07 – 0:01:13
okay me
0:01:10 – 0:01:14
That's how I did my things.
0:01:13 – 0:01:17
okay too
0:01:14 – 0:01:20
and
0:01:17 – 0:01:22
Then at some point
0:01:20 – 0:01:26
Observe
0:01:22 – 0:01:28
And good advice from one of them.
0:01:26 – 0:01:30
girlfriend
0:01:28 – 0:01:32
My co-worker who
0:01:30 – 0:01:33
Later to a very good friend.
0:01:32 – 0:01:36
was
0:01:33 – 0:01:39
What's wrong with me is that I
0:01:36 – 0:01:42
Go to the doctor and there
0:01:39 – 0:01:45
came out of safety
0:01:42 – 0:01:47
Have a proper depression
0:01:45 – 0:01:50
and
0:01:47 – 0:01:52
Maybe another
0:01:50 – 0:01:54
Personality disorder
0:01:52 – 0:01:57
What Happens Over the Years
0:01:54 – 0:02:01
I had confirmed that I had a
0:01:57 – 0:02:03
Recurrent, therefore, a recurring
0:02:01 – 0:02:05
Depression has
0:02:03 – 0:02:07
And it still accompanies me to this day.
0:02:05 – 0:02:10
There are always phases
0:02:07 – 0:02:12
My life where I hold
0:02:10 – 0:02:14
More or less not at all
0:02:12 – 0:02:16
efficient bin
0:02:14 – 0:02:18
yeah
0:02:16 – 0:02:19
And then there are the
0:02:18 – 0:02:23
Borderline personality disorder
0:02:19 – 0:02:25
I have this on my blog
0:02:23 – 0:02:27
or my videos again and again something
0:02:25 – 0:02:31
I have promised and I have also claimed
0:02:27 – 0:02:33
that it is not so the case that is
0:02:31 – 0:02:34
that I do this so that I don't
0:02:33 – 0:02:38
would
0:02:34 – 0:02:40
Long story short in the context of
0:02:38 – 0:02:43
I have hold
0:02:40 – 0:02:46
You can see it or learn it.
0:02:43 – 0:02:50
There is such a thing as self-love
0:02:46 – 0:02:55
What is love itself
0:02:50 – 0:02:57
Self-love is something you
0:02:55 – 0:03:01
could be rewritten in such a way that
0:02:57 – 0:03:02
Appreciate that you have things in yourself.
0:03:01 – 0:03:05
finds the
0:03:02 – 0:03:08
man himself
0:03:05 – 0:03:10
mag
0:03:08 – 0:03:14
or
0:03:10 – 0:03:17
himself in the whole
0:03:14 – 0:03:22
Acknowledge and be aware of it
0:03:17 – 0:03:24
That all that you represent yourself
0:03:22 – 0:03:27
Similar to how outwardly I mean
0:03:24 – 0:03:28
that you are a good person is nice to
0:03:27 – 0:03:32
Many a friendly helpful
0:03:28 – 0:03:36
Man is that you can sing well
0:03:32 – 0:03:38
Dancing that you can do something well
0:03:36 – 0:03:41
or
0:03:38 – 0:03:43
because it had what weak man and
0:03:41 – 0:03:45
This stops as
0:03:43 – 0:03:47
It does not feel normal as
0:03:45 – 0:03:49
you can't exaggerate you can't
0:03:47 – 0:03:51
You can't have it, it's okay
0:03:49 – 0:03:52
that I can't do that I can
0:03:51 – 0:03:54
something else good
0:03:52 – 0:03:58
and
0:03:54 – 0:04:01
This is already the extended
0:03:58 – 0:04:04
Concept of self-love but basically
0:04:01 – 0:04:04
You have heard everything about it
0:04:06 – 0:04:10
You have to let it sack you first
0:04:10 – 0:04:14
I
0:04:12 – 0:04:16
I really didn't know for a long time
0:04:14 – 0:04:20
that what I have in
0:04:16 – 0:04:23
Various sessions with therapists
0:04:20 – 0:04:27
Now that's the psychiatrist psychologist.
0:04:23 – 0:04:30
Or with patients in
0:04:27 – 0:04:34
Talking in the middle of Berlin
0:04:30 – 0:04:38
I think it helped as
0:04:34 – 0:04:38
Professionally competent person
0:04:39 – 0:04:47
Learned and found out that it
0:04:43 – 0:04:50
Normal is that's good stuff Bonds
0:04:47 – 0:04:53
There are things there for one
0:04:50 – 0:04:55
The ones that make me positive
0:04:53 – 0:04:58
And the other one is valued.
0:04:55 – 0:05:02
It's like I'm still today
0:04:58 – 0:05:04
I have to learn again that I speak well.
0:05:02 – 0:05:08
I can make my voice pleasant.
0:05:04 – 0:05:10
As you can hear I'm different
0:05:08 – 0:05:12
Because I agree with that
0:05:10 – 0:05:16
Hear how you feel when you have a
0:05:12 – 0:05:17
Voice hold I hear my body going
0:05:16 – 0:05:19
Of course I also sound the bone
0:05:17 – 0:05:22
My voice is the most important thing
0:05:19 – 0:05:24
Classic for me as for you and me
0:05:22 – 0:05:26
I really had to learn first.
0:05:24 – 0:05:30
accepting
0:05:26 – 0:05:32
What I hear is so unfamiliar
0:05:30 – 0:05:35
It was for me when I took my shots.
0:05:32 – 0:05:39
Higher be it now potsdam podcast or
0:05:35 – 0:05:42
Even videos, that's the voice.
0:05:39 – 0:05:45
Do you feel comfortable, or do you feel comfortable?
0:05:42 – 0:05:49
The way I talk is pleasant.
0:05:45 – 0:05:51
I had to accept that first
0:05:49 – 0:05:53
That was so, and then I could say yes.
0:05:51 – 0:05:56
You can do that if there are so many
0:05:53 – 0:06:00
People say, 'You like to hear this.
0:05:56 – 0:06:03
I heard from a listener
0:06:00 – 0:06:05
Get an e-mail in a yes
0:06:03 – 0:06:07
A private message
0:06:05 – 0:06:09
on twitter she told me through higher
0:06:07 – 0:06:12
I love to fall asleep and do it
0:06:09 – 0:06:16
continue please continue
0:06:12 – 0:06:19
and if I go now and that
0:06:16 – 0:06:23
Accept that this is so I can
0:06:19 – 0:06:25
also assume yes you can do something that is
0:06:23 – 0:06:28
It's good for other people then.
0:06:25 – 0:06:28
Rolling Importantly
0:06:28 – 0:06:35
That's how I had to accept
0:06:32 – 0:06:37
but I'm now an attempt to say
0:06:35 – 0:06:40
boy you can
0:06:37 – 0:06:43
It's like my girlfriend is too.
0:06:40 – 0:06:45
on tik tok screens and I often
0:06:43 – 0:06:47
It was in the background and
0:06:45 – 0:06:50
Show me less, but that's it.
0:06:47 – 0:06:52
always so oh listen there's the voice
0:06:50 – 0:06:58
in the background
0:06:52 – 0:07:01
Glad he's back and yes.
0:06:58 – 0:07:02
I'm glad people are looking forward to it.
0:07:01 – 0:07:04
that I'm in it you have to be
0:07:02 – 0:07:05
I am pleased that
0:07:04 – 0:07:07
Others are happy that I'm here
0:07:05 – 0:07:12
great
0:07:07 – 0:07:14
And that's just these little things.
0:07:12 – 0:07:16
They prefer to be themselves
0:07:14 – 0:07:19
Just like every now and then
0:07:16 – 0:07:22
Do something good
0:07:19 – 0:07:24
If I go now and say
0:07:22 – 0:07:25
Buy me a new microphone that has
0:07:24 – 0:07:27
I'm good now that I already have
0:07:25 – 0:07:28
A little longer, but it's always
0:07:27 – 0:07:30
There's something else I've got
0:07:28 – 0:07:33
Well done, there's a long time
0:07:30 – 0:07:35
I was saved and then I was able to
0:07:33 – 0:07:37
Buying a good microphone isn't
0:07:35 – 0:07:41
Know How Expensive
0:07:37 – 0:07:43
$100 but I've got something.
0:07:41 – 0:07:46
Well done because that's for me.
0:07:43 – 0:07:48
Hobbies, and I'm pretty much myself.
0:07:46 – 0:07:51
Rewarded, and that's a small one.
0:07:48 – 0:07:51
Part of self-love
0:07:51 – 0:07:57
yeah
0:07:54 – 0:07:59
So when you think about it,
0:07:57 – 0:08:02
You couldn't solve it any other way.
0:07:59 – 0:08:05
and go there and cheap also sometimes nice
0:08:02 – 0:08:08
It was a great thing to do or
0:08:05 – 0:08:11
Make a new hairstyle
0:08:08 – 0:08:15
Try a new hair color
0:08:11 – 0:08:19
There are so many things
0:08:15 – 0:08:23
You can formally do something about yourself.
0:08:19 – 0:08:26
to prove again and to show that
0:08:23 – 0:08:29
you have it who has it
0:08:26 – 0:08:34
this and so sometimes small things
0:08:29 – 0:08:36
Sometimes very simple things and even
0:08:34 – 0:08:39
Not even that hard to make
0:08:36 – 0:08:42
But there is always such a thing
0:08:39 – 0:08:45
Acceptance of the fact that I am a human being
0:08:42 – 0:08:50
I am that I have strengths weakening
0:08:45 – 0:08:54
such a kind of radical apps acceptance
0:08:50 – 0:08:54
That sounds good or not.
0:08:55 – 0:08:58
that you also have to sack a bit
0:08:57 – 0:09:00
let
0:08:58 – 0:09:04
I am now the professional
0:09:00 – 0:09:06
Psychologist or career choice counselor
0:09:04 – 0:09:10
as
0:09:06 – 0:09:12
Life coach I'm just a guy
0:09:10 – 0:09:17
He speaks so from his experience.
0:09:12 – 0:09:18
I remember my first years
0:09:17 – 0:09:21
apologies
0:09:18 – 0:09:23
Due to the fact that I also
0:09:21 – 0:09:25
I don't have any bullying experience.
0:09:23 – 0:09:28
I especially liked it and I
0:09:25 – 0:09:30
Even hated as loved
0:09:28 – 0:09:36
It's always something you mean
0:09:30 – 0:09:39
live to play strongly and also a
0:09:36 – 0:09:42
I have a strong feeling in me
0:09:39 – 0:09:45
This makes me very insecure with
0:09:42 – 0:09:48
Strangers are situations in which I
0:09:45 – 0:09:51
You don't have to know but
0:09:48 – 0:09:55
it is as it is
0:09:51 – 0:09:56
You grow with your tasks and you
0:09:55 – 0:10:00
Learn about it
0:09:56 – 0:10:03
I can do much better today
0:10:00 – 0:10:07
is to say
0:10:03 – 0:10:11
you are female and all great you
0:10:07 – 0:10:14
have many problems many mistakes but in
0:10:11 – 0:10:17
Some things you're really good at and
0:10:14 – 0:10:21
That's why I love you
0:10:17 – 0:10:23
I like my voice now.
0:10:21 – 0:10:25
The voice I'm talking to now
0:10:23 – 0:10:27
It's different for me at this moment.
0:10:25 – 0:10:30
Hear and
0:10:27 – 0:10:31
later when editing again completely
0:10:30 – 0:10:33
It sounds different and
0:10:31 – 0:10:36
that's okay me
0:10:33 – 0:10:39
I know I can do that
0:10:36 – 0:10:41
And I can only give you the tip
0:10:39 – 0:10:45
Looking for something
0:10:41 – 0:10:48
What you have fun with and
0:10:45 – 0:10:52
Do this and if you have a positive
0:10:48 – 0:10:55
Feedback gets it
0:10:52 – 0:10:58
and at some point accept that you
0:10:55 – 0:11:02
You can do that and it's been good since then.
0:10:58 – 0:11:06
This is my little tip for you.
0:11:02 – 0:11:10
Thank you for hearing and
0:11:06 – 0:11:14
even see and tell you your sasha
0:11:10 – 0:11:14
Until next time.
